Office Assistant
Job Description:
The Office Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office.
This position will assist the Office Manager with daily over the phone interactions with existing clients and prospects.
This position will also assist with event planning and coordination of daily scheduling of projects and estimates Core Duties &
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and discuss services, set expectations in a friendly, professional manner.
Assist clients and prospects by providing information about the services and pricing.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace for items to be easily accessible.
Maintain a professional appearance of the office and a positive working environment.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is required along with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
