Chateau Del Mar has been serving the community as the premier banquet facilities in the Chicago Southside for over 40 years! We are looking for a part-time banquet servers.
Experience is preferred, but if you are dependable, pleasant and willing to learn proper serving, we will train inexperienced candidates.
JOB FUNCTIONo Maintain a professional appearance at all timeso Provide prompt and efficient customer serviceo Display knowledge of the banquet menuo Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely mannero Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking ageo Checks back to ensure guest satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requestedo Keeps tables, banquet rooms and work station(s) sanitized and organizedo Listen and respond to customer complaintso Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by managero Perform other duties as assignedJOB QUALIFICATIONSo Possesses excellent customer service skillso Must be dependableo Must be able to work in a fast paced environmento Must have strong communication and interpersonal skillso Must be able to work in a team environmentEOEAbout the Company:
